Returns:

   • Custom-designed services and printed materials are generally non-returnable due to their personalized nature.
   • Standard, non-customized products may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.

   • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
   • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Exchanges:

   • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

   • Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the defective or damaged item.
   • A replacement item will be sent once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping:

   • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
   • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
